How do I create an account?
Tap Sign Up in the app. You can sign up with email, Google, or Apple ID.
How do I subscribe to PinWeather Pro?
Tap any Pro feature (Nowcast, Radar, or Historical Weather) and select a monthly ($4.99/mo) or annual ($44.99/yr) plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PinWeather Pro → Cancel Subscription.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Sign in with the same account. Your Pro status syncs automatically.
How do I delete my account?
Tap the profile icon → scroll to bottom → Delete Account.
Why is the forecast different from other weather apps?
PinWeather uses NOAA HRRR and ECMWF models pinned to the exact GPS coordinates of each golf course, not the nearest city.
How does the shot impact advisory work?
We calculate how wind, temperature, altitude, and rain affect carry distance based on your club data and TrackMan launch monitor data.
A course is missing from the app.
Search by name and the app will find it via Google Places. You can also email hello@pinweather.com.
